One thing that has always gotten me excited to stay on track is finding healthier versions of my favorite foods that taste as delicious, if not better then their unhealthier versions. 

Baking and sweets and chocolate are here to stay! 

 I love to bake, so finding low carb muffin recipes are a lifesaver for me.  I usually like something a little sweet after a meal or as a mid day snack/treat.  These muffin recipes are my favorite!

Cauliflower rice is so easy and full of vitamins, very low carb, filling, and can be used in stir-fry, to make pizza crust, and probally anything else you can dream up.
